Are your transfers and tours private?
Yes, all services are private. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
Where do you pick us up?
We offer door-to-door service from Ljubljana Airport, hotels, apartments or any agreed location in Slovenia.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle and depend on the number of passengers. We offer clear pricing tiers for smaller and larger groups, with no per-person charges.
Are entrance fees and activities included?
Entrance fees and optional activities, such as cave tickets, wine tastings or boat rides, are not included unless stated otherwise.
Do you provide airport meet & greet?
Yes. For airport pickups, your driver meets you at arrivals and assists with luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup time accordingly to ensure a smooth airport transfer.

Yes. We assist with luggage during airport pickups and transfers to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
Can we customize our itinerary?
Yes. We offer custom private tours tailored to your preferences, timing and travel style.
How long do private tours last?
Most private tours are available as half-day experiences (up to 6 hours) or full-day experiences (up to 10 hours). Shorter or longer durations can be arranged on request.
Do you provide refreshments during the ride?
Complimentary bottled water is provided for all guests.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please let us know the child’s age in advance so we can prepare the most suitable seat.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the main travel season. Some tours and attractions require advance reservations and availability may be limited for last-minute bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, SEPA bank transfers and cash.
When is payment made?
Payment is made in advance to confirm your booking. If you wish to extend your tour or add additional services, this can be arranged during the experience and confirmed before continuation.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service and receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the payment is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we always do our best to offer a rescheduled or alternative date where possible.
